About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. You will join the Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team to support the execution of sales strategies, tools, and processes. This role focuses on helping the organization refine its salesforce through strategic initiatives and digital enablement.
What you'll do#
- Drive business activities and processes that support sales strategy execution.
- Assist with the success of specific selling programs, including social selling, sales incentives, and the Voice of Sales initiative.
- Support the global launch of sales enablement initiatives through clear internal communications.
- Partner with stakeholders to advance AI and digital enablement projects for the salesforce.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A self-motivated and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus, as is previous experience in a B2B environment.

- This position is located on-site in Rocky Hill, CT.
- The internship runs from May 24th to August 13th, 2027.
- The pay range for this role is $22 to $27 per hour.
- This position does not offer housing or relocation support and does not provide visa sponsorship.
