About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Westlake, Ohio. The role spans from January 11th to August 13th, 2027, covering the winter and summer terms. You will work on-site within our Adhesive Technologies business unit.
What you'll do#
- Research eCommerce trends to find new business opportunities and support digital sales strategy.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to build strategic insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with finance, operations, and marketing teams.
- Manage team meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling, and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Communicate with customers to help understand market demands and support revenue initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a senior, master's, or MBA student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret trends and support decisions.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to present project updates and insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop solutions.

- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
