About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity based in Culver City, California. The role spans the Summer and Fall of 2027, starting May 24th and continuing through mid-December. You will work on a hybrid schedule, requiring the ability to commute to our local office.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews for the North America Professional hair portfolio.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Find ways to improve finance processes using automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting tools.
- Contribute to cross-functional business projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a university student graduating in 2028 or 2029 with a focus on Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ability to commute to the Culver City office.
