About the role#
Henkel is hiring an Employer Branding Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Stamford, Connecticut. The internship runs from May 24th through August 13th.
What you'll do#
- Create social media content to highlight Henkel culture, employees, and career opportunities.
- Research competitors and industry practices to identify trends in early-career marketing.
- Turn research findings into strategic recommendations for talent attraction.
- Help plan university recruitment for Fall 2027, including campus strategy and event support.
- Work across teams with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources on various projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating social media or video content for a company, student organization, personal brand, or campus club.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear presentations.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement with students and early-career audiences.

- Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
- Note: This position does not offer a housing stipend or relocation support. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
