About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will work on-site during the summer of 2027, specifically from May 24th to August 13th. This role provides exposure to various brands and categories within the Consumer Brands business unit.
What you'll do#
- Own a strategic, customer-oriented project from start to finish.
- Contribute to both individual and group projects, culminating in presentations to senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Develop customer-facing selling materials and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support the sales team with data analysis and insights reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Apply analytical skills to uncover selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and experience with PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present findings clearly.
- You are comfortable working across teams and managing multiple tasks accurately.
- You are eager to take on new challenges and learn new systems.

- Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
- Note: This position does not offer a housing stipend or relocation support.
