About the role#
Henkel is hiring a Channel Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The internship runs from May 24th to August 13th. Please note that this role does not offer a housing stipend or relocation support.
What you'll do#
- Support distributor relationship management by maintaining regular communication, tracking performance, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Analyze distributor sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and channel gaps.
- Coordinate pricing, promotions, and program launch activities across the distributor network.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure distributor needs and customer requirements are met.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve channel performance, market coverage, and revenue growth.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- A customer-focused mindset with demonstrated relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership through internships, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities.
- Interest in B2B sales, channel management, industrial manufacturing, or distribution.
