About the role#
This internship provides exposure to commercial functions within the Adhesive Technologies business unit. You will support market strategy development and gain experience in business growth initiatives. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research to support strategy setup.
- Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with the implementation of strategic plans.
- Track execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Gather customer insights to enhance intimacy and identify unmet needs.
- Support engagement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior standing in a degree program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. Chemical engineering is preferred.
- Ability to learn and explain technical product features and benefits.
- Familiarity with digital engagement tools and social selling strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and create actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
Location & details#
- Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January 11th to August 13th).
- Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
- Sponsorship: This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
