About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within the Adhesive Technologies business unit at Henkel. You will work on-site in Santa Clara, California, during the summer of 2027. The term runs from May 24th through August 13th. Please note that this role does not offer relocation support or a housing stipend.
What you'll do#
- Conduct adhesive testing and characterization.
- Perform reliability and environmental testing.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
- Support failure analysis investigations.
- Assist with process development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Hands-on laboratory experience.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.

- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
