About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Adhesive Technologies business unit. You will work on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey, from May 24th through August 13th. This role does not offer housing or relocation support.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on lab experience by testing various adhesive chemistries.
- Support customer adhesive applications and ongoing project work.
- Provide technical support, perform research, and report on the performance of adhesive and dispensing equipment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team on lab-based projects.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and R&D teams.
- Develop skills in adhesive testing, statistical analysis, and project management.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You have strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- You possess effective communication and presentation skills.
- You have hands-on lab experience from coursework or a previous internship.

- Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
