About the role#
Sales Operations helps our sellers focus on their work. Our team provides data insights and operational support so sales teams can work efficiently and serve customers well. As an intern, you will support initiatives that shape how the sales organization plans and executes. You will work on projects involving data analysis and strategic planning. This role provides a view of how Sales Operations partners with leadership to drive results.
What you'll do#
- Translate complex information into actionable recommendations for sales leaders.
- Provide support for business needs to enable decision-making.
- Execute analyses that help align sellers with customer needs.
- Contribute to sales enablement through process documentation and internal communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and next steps.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or communication.
- Deliver findings and recommendations to management.
- Assist with research and special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Experience with data, analysis, or business problem-solving through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Interest in supporting sales teams and improving business operations.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
- Coursework or experience in operations, analytics, or project management.
