About the role#
This fellowship offers a path for active duty military members to transition into the private sector. You will work on-site at our Atlanta office as part of a team focused on system support and security. This is a full-time, paid position for those currently participating in the Skillbridge or Hiring Our Heroes programs.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support and optimization for software applications, including builds and upgrades.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and fix system issues.
- Coordinate and run system enhancement tests with engineering teams to confirm performance and security compliance.
- Help push software into production environments and resolve launch issues.
- Train users on new or revised functionalities.
- Audit systems regularly to verify quality and function.
- Report status updates on business requirements and test execution to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Active duty military status with separation within 180 days.
- An approved Skillbridge or Hiring Our Heroes packet.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Experience with daily system support and enhancement testing.
- Ability to explain technical requirements to leadership.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
