About the role#

As a Legal Intern, you will support the Legal team with a variety of legal, administrative, and research-related tasks. You will assist with document preparation, contract management, and day-to-day legal operations while gaining hands-on experience in a technology environment.

What you'll do#

• Build and maintain a summary file to improve the management of customer contracts.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal team.
• Assist with the organization and management of legal files and documentation.
• Conduct research on a variety of legal, contractual, and administrative topics.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating legal and administrative documents.
• Contribute to improving document and contract management processes.
• Support the team with various related duties as required.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a Law, Business Administration, or related program (including Political Science or Philosophy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
