About the role#
The Guardian Summer Internship is a paid 10-week program designed to immerse you in the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will work within one of several domains, including Client Solutions, Wealth Management, Distribution, Principal Owner Development, or Business Transformation. This experience provides insight into how the organization delivers financial solutions, supports growth, and drives transformational initiatives. You will engage in projects that impact our business, interact with senior leaders, and build a professional network.
What you'll do#
- Support projects and analyses that advance the goals of Client Solutions and Wealth Management areas.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
- Prepare clear, well-structured deliverables such as summaries, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate across teams to learn how different areas work together to serve customers.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve research, analysis, and daily tasks.
- Learn about our purpose, values, and product offerings.
- Build a network of colleagues and participate in a community of interns.
- Think broadly and ask questions about data and business information.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Course of study in mathematics, economics, or a business-related discipline such as finance, accounting, marketing, or management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience using AI tools is preferred.

- Program Dates: Thursday, May 27, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.

- Employment Status: Full-time.
- Eligibility: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
