About the role#
As an Internal Communications Intern, you will support the Internal Communications Advisor in managing messages sent to employees across the organization. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to produce content using your writing skills and creativity.
What you'll do#
- Write and send all internal communications from the Human Resources department to company employees.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications Advisor to write articles for the bi-monthly internal journal.
- Participate in projects related to the development of the Groupe Touchette employer brand.
- Propose new ideas to improve internal communication practices and channels.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Communications, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Strong interest in words, languages, and HR topics.
- Ability to write creatively in both French and English.
- Experience with software such as Canva, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and stress under tight deadlines.
- A resourceful, autonomous, and proactive approach to work.
- Attention to detail and a curiosity for industry best practices.
