About the role#
The Temporary Turn Assistant supports the leasing and maintenance teams at Accolade Minneapolis. This role focuses on preparing the property for apartment turn season by handling administrative duties, marketing outreach, and general property maintenance.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative tasks including copying documents, filing resident records, preparing notices, and organizing rent payments.
- Assist with the lease preparation, move-in, and move-out processes by organizing necessary paperwork.
- Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to build community awareness.
- Support resident functions, such as welcome parties and unit visits, to help meet satisfaction goals.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by removing trash, pressure-washing, and cleaning.
- Perform maintenance tasks including touch-up painting in vacant and occupied units, as well as caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, and bathrooms.
What you'll need#
- Ability to assist both leasing and maintenance departments with varied administrative and technical tasks.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or Communications.
- Capability to perform physical maintenance tasks and general cleaning.
