About the role#
The Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for Centennial Hall. This position maintains a professional image for the property by providing administrative support and assisting residents and visitors.
What you'll do#
- Greet all people who enter the office.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
- Answer the phone and take messages.
- Respond to email inquiries.
- Distribute resident packages.
- Provide accurate housing information.
- Assist staff members with daily tasks.
- File electronic communications.

- Enrollment in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Real Estate.
