About the role#
This is a temporary, full-time position based at Accolade Minneapolis. You will support the leasing and maintenance teams in preparing the property for the apartment turn season. This role is paid and follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative duties for the leasing office, such as filing, copying, and organizing rent payments.
- Assist with the lease preparation, move-in, and move-out process by organizing files and printing paperwork.
- Conduct marketing outreach on campus to build community awareness.
- Support resident events and functions to help reach satisfaction goals.
- Maintain the property grounds, common areas, and amenities through general cleaning and debris removal.
- Perform maintenance tasks including touch-up painting, pressure-washing, and caulking around windows and fixtures.
What you'll need#
- Experience working within leasing or maintenance departments.
- Proficiency in performing general administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks like painting and cleaning.
- Preferred majors include Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or Psychology.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.
