About the role#
The Alumni Relations office at Greenville University is looking for a student worker to support our events, church relations, and community initiatives. You will help manage projects for our Almost Alumni and Legacy League programs while providing administrative support to the director and department staff.
What you'll do#
- Help plan and produce on-campus alumni events, including Homecoming and Alumni Board weekends.
- Support the logistics of church and community relations activities.
- Communicate with students regarding Almost Alumni events and Legacy League gatherings.
- Assist with graduation activities for new members of the Greenville University Alumni Association.
- Maintain alumni files and provide general administrative support to the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Greenville University with at least 6 credit hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with writing and social media communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and database systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality.

- The role is on-site for the Fall 2026 term.
