About the role#
Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides an introduction to the freight management industry through hands-on projects and daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn the core operations of the company including customer service, contracts, and insurance.
- Gain experience with McLeod software, sales processes, and company operations.
- Partner with Logistics Coordinators, the Account Manager, and the Director of Operations on pricing and account analysis.
- Assist with lead management, customer website training, and billing setup for the 3PL department.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least a sophomore currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship.
