Business Transformation Intern

About the role#

The Business Transformation team at Great American Insurance Group is seeking an intern to support enterprise initiatives across Lean, Organizational Change Management, and Documentation & Training. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in process improvement, change support, and content creation, with exposure to enterprise projects and AI tools such as Copilot.

What you'll do#

• Support the creation and maintenance of job aids, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Develop engaging training and communication content, including the production of Vyond videos.
• Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives across various projects.
• Create and maintain blog posts, internal articles, and other communications.
• Assist with meeting facilitation, preparation, and general administrative tasks.
• Support file organization and the maintenance of shared team resources.
• Help identify and document use cases for AI tools like Copilot.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in process improvement, training, or change support.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Vyond, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, including experience designing PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is preferred.

• Commitment: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week.
