Business Analyst

About the role#

As a Business Analyst for Summer 2026, you will serve as a primary liaison between our software developers and our clients. This full-time role requires you to wear many hats, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure our cloud-based software effectively serves public sector clients. You will need to be comfortable with approximately 10-15% travel to meet face-to-face with clients and colleagues.

What you'll do#

• Problem Solving: Analyze calculations, investigate bugs, and propose new processes to solve complex technical challenges.
• Client Support: Act as a subject matter expert to answer client questions, resolve issues, and provide training on software functionality.
• Prioritization: Manage and prioritize functionality requests and bug fixes for the development team using our ticketing system.
• Technical Specifications: Translate business needs into clear specifications for developers and verify that new features meet requirements through testing.
• Implementations: Coordinate with new clients to configure software and align it with their specific business processes.

What you'll need#

• Strong academic performance in fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or Mathematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and working with technical specifications.
