About the role#
The On-Campus Sales Internship provides hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer engagement. Based at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, this role focuses on building relationships across campus departments, increasing awareness of products and services, and supporting business growth. This is a paid, full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships with campus departments to promote Grainger solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company's presence on campus.
- Support awareness and usage of existing agreements.
- Deliver a final presentation to leadership with your insights and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current UW - Madison student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Leadership experience in campus organizations, athletics, or team environments.
- Previous customer-facing or service experience, such as retail or other internships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
