About the role#
The On-Campus Sales Internship provides hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer engagement. You will work to build relationships across campus departments, increase awareness of products and services, and support business growth. This role is intended for students interested in developing skills in sales, communication, and business development.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships with campus departments to promote Grainger solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company presence on campus.
- Support awareness and usage of existing Grainger agreements.
- Deliver a final presentation to leadership with your insights and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current NC A&T student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Customer-facing or service experience, such as retail, campus roles, or previous internships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Leadership or involvement in campus organizations, athletics, or team environments.
