About the role#
The Business Systems Analyst Co-op reports to the Technology Team. You will support technology and business systems initiatives by helping gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, and test system enhancements. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise systems, business process improvement, integrations, and reporting.
What you'll do#
- Gather, document, and organize business requirements for technology projects.
- Support process mapping and workflow documentation to identify system improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify project scope, track risks, and manage next steps.
- Assist with troubleshooting and validating changes across business applications.
- Gain exposure to NetSuite ERP, Amazon Seller Central, and various business intelligence tools.
- Prepare project documentation, user guides, testing notes, and training materials.
- Review system outputs to support data analysis, reporting validation, and issue triage.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional working sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in business systems, technology operations, project management, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and document information clearly.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
- Previous internship or class project experience with databases, automation, or business process documentation is a plus.

- This position is located in Norwalk, Connecticut.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid co-op position with a rolling term.
