About the role#
Gooseneck Implement offers an internship for students in the John Deere Ag Tech program. You will work in our service department to gain hands-on experience with agricultural and turf equipment. This role involves working alongside technicians and managers to learn dealership operations while completing your degree requirements.
What you'll do#
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and Ag Management Solutions products.
- Participate in Service EDUCATE training programs to build your skills.
- Keep up to date on John Deere and competitive product lines.
- Complete all required service reports and documentation.
- Track your time and materials used for each job on your time card.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Current enrollment in an AAS degree program for John Deere Tech.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs using technical manuals.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift license is preferred.

- Location: Kenmare, North Dakota.
- Term: Rolling basis.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22 per hour for the first year and $24 per hour for the second year.
- Employment type: Full-time.
