About the role#
The Investment Banking Summer Associate program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing an advanced degree. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the Investment Banking division. This role provides an opportunity to support clients with strategic advice and financing solutions, including mergers, acquisitions, and risk management transactions.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about firm culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
- Complete training programs to help you succeed in your tasks.
- Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and team members.
- Support initiatives such as cross-border mergers, initial public offerings, and bond refinancing.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an advanced degree program, such as an MBA, PhD, JD, MD, or LLM.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Interest in the investment banking field.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
