About the role#
The Compliance Summer Analyst program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the Global Compliance division. This team manages regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring the firm follows laws and rules. You will monitor trends in regulations and help develop policies that keep the firm in line with global requirements.
What you'll do#
- Attend an orientation to learn about the culture and your responsibilities.
- Participate in training sessions designed to help you succeed in your role.
- Work on real projects alongside team members and other interns.
- Partner with business units to manage audits, inquiries, and risk management infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or International Relations.
- You have an interest in compliance and regulatory risks.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- You have the ability to handle real responsibilities during the summer term.
