    About the role#

    The Summer Associate Program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing an advanced degree. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the FICC and Equities Sales and Trading division. This role focuses on quantitative strategy, where you will use analytical methods to solve problems in global financial markets.

    What you'll do#

    • Attend orientation to learn about the firm culture, responsibilities, and benefits.
    • Participate in training designed to help you succeed in the role.
    • Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and team members.
    • Construct quantitative models to support financial market operations.
    • Research and analyze data to find solutions to complex problems.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an advanced degree program such as MBA, PhD, JD, MD, or LLM.
    • Advanced training in mathematics.
    • Programming skills.
    • Logical thinking abilities.
    • An aptitude for innovation.
