About the role#
This internship supports the Influencer team in executing and managing partnerships across our health and wellness brands. You will learn how to build, scale, and manage partnership programs while contributing to their success. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Source influencers and UGC creators that align with our brand values and campaign goals.
- Draft and send outreach messages to potential partners.
- Monitor inbound emails to coordinate campaign details, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist with rate discussions and negotiations under team guidance.
- Create content briefs and influencer decks for upcoming campaigns.
- Identify potential partners by monitoring brand mentions, tags, and social conversations.
- Organize and track creative assets delivered by influencers.
- Maintain internal trackers to keep campaigns updated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Conduct competitive research to help improve our program reach and engagement.
- Track and share campaign results using a data-driven approach.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Advanced knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
- A self-starter mindset with the initiative to take action.
- Experience working in Aspire is an asset.

- This role is based in Woodland Hills, California.
- The position operates on a hybrid schedule.
- Program dates are January 11, 2027, through March 14, 2027.
