About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Guest Service team at Hotel Germain Charlevoix. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity available for the winter or summer of 2027. The placement lasts between 3 and 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and schedules.
- Assist customer service agents with daily tasks and support them during complex situations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
What you'll need#
- A positive attitude and a natural orientation toward customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Current enrollment in a Hospitality or similar program is an asset.

- Location: Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec, Canada.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
- Access to an on-site gym is provided.
