About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers MBA students the chance to lead technology projects at GALLO. You will act as a technology business consultant, working on challenges similar to those faced by our full-time staff. This program serves as a pipeline for our MBA Information Technology Strategic Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a high-impact project that provides visibility across the organization.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to identify business challenges and anticipate needs.
- Translate business requirements into technology-based solutions.
- Identify use cases for generative AI and develop platform strategies.
- Analyze business processes and build applications to improve project intake and management.
- Deliver recommendations that directly impact our business operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the first year of an MBA program, with a graduation date by June 2028.
- At least three years of full-time work experience prior to starting your MBA.
- Experience presenting information to top management groups.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preference is given to those with a Technology or IT concentration, four years of prior work experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Modesto, California.
- The position is full-time and follows a hybrid work model.
- The internship term is 10 weeks, starting June 7, 2027.
- Sponsorship for employment-based visas is not available.
