About the role#
GA Telesis offers paid summer internships for students interested in aviation and aerospace. You will work across various departments including Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources. This is a full-time, on-site program designed to provide hands-on experience and professional networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Gather, research, and analyze information to support team projects.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage databases and input information, data, reports, and records.
- Shadow professionals in multiple roles to learn about different tasks.
- Attend company functions and networking events.
- Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- You must be a 3rd or 4th year student at an accredited United States college or university and be eligible to receive credit.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
