About the role#
This internship supports strategic initiatives within the Inflight Experience Operations department. You will work directly with the Director of Inflight Customer Experience Operations to analyze data, improve processes, and support projects that impact crew-facing technology and service delivery. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives alongside IT, Finance, and other teams.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating tools that improve crew efficiency and self-service capabilities.
- Draft materials, including presentations and project updates, for leadership.
- Document standardized workflows, process maps, and operating procedures.
- Support project timelines and meeting preparation for major inflight initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Aviation Management, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for escorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and US Customs security badges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
