About the role#
The Studio ID Intern supports physical security operations by managing badge and access requests. This role involves following department procedures to maintain secure access for staff and production teams. You will gain hands-on experience in security operations within a studio environment.
What you'll do#
- Process badge requests through the Studio ID Portal and validate photo submissions.
- Manage staff profiles and production details in the access control system.
- Perform initial badge setup and configure access levels in the Lenel system.
- Manage access activation dates and execute deactivation procedures for badges.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure data entry accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as a sophomore or above.
- A strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preferred fields of study include Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Security Management, or Public Administration.
- Familiarity with access control systems is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship located in Los Angeles, California.
- You must have access to your own housing and transportation.
- This position is paid at $20.00 per hour.
- The program runs during Summer 2027.
- You must be available to work for the entire duration of the program.
