About the role#
The Audience Research internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience at FOX Sports. You will participate in real-world projects and develop professional skills while working with our research team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with schedule entries.
- Conduct analysis and write reports on FOX, FS1, FS2, and competitive networks.
- Perform background research on various sports and studio programming.
- Proofread write ups and verify math on analysis reports.
- Manage data entry and manipulation tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, with at least sophomore standing.
- A strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of current FOX Sports programming, talent, and general sports.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Nielsen programs like NCL, NPower, and NNTV is a plus.
- Preferred majors include History, Mathematics, Statistics, English, or Journalism.
- Ability to work well in team settings and communicate effectively.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (on-site).
- Term: Winter 2027 (February 8, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Commitment: 16 to 24 hours per week.
- You must provide your own housing and transportation.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
