About the role#
The FOX News Media Internship Program offers practical experience within our Spanish-language news platform, FOX Noticias. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while gaining insight into news production and audience engagement. Interns participate in professional development sessions, networking events, and master classes designed to build industry knowledge.
What you'll do#
- Support the editorial production team for FOX Noticias.
- Create digital content and assist with video editing tasks.
- Conduct research on national current events.
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Assist with audience engagement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as a sophomore or above.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
- A strong academic record and an understanding of national current events.
- Familiarity with FOX programming and talent.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when working with executives and talent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems for your placement area.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week, with two session options running between June and August 2027.
- Requirements: You must provide your own housing and transportation. Proof of enrollment is required upon acceptance.
