About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the Business and Legal Affairs department at FOX. You will work on real-world projects and gain exposure to the media and entertainment industry. The program includes master classes, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities with professionals across the company.
What you'll do#
- Analyze legal issues involving the development and production of FOX programming.
- Draft production, talent, sponsorship, and license agreements under the guidance of an attorney.
- Review existing agreements and compile resources for creative and business teams regarding contractual obligations.
- Handle various departmental operational tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited law school pursuing a JD.
- Completion of at least the first year of law school.
- A strong academic record.
- Knowledge of current FOX programming and talent.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when working with talent and executives.
- Coursework in copyright, entertainment, or intellectual property is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Los Angeles, California.
- You must have your own housing and transportation.
- The program runs from February 8, 2027, to April 16, 2027.
- The role is part-time, requiring 16 to 24 hours per week.
- This position is paid at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
