About the role#
This internship involves performing administrative staff work to support research and review projects. The focus of the role is on analyzing hospital policies, procedures, and overall department operations.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data relevant to department work.
- Assist in studies designed to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations and policies.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and procedures.
- Perform additional related administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's level Business Administration program, with an expected graduation year of 2028.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Success, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June 2026 through July 2026).
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This position is unpaid; no stipend is provided for lodging, travel, or meals.
