About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in McElhattan, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to support our manufacturing operations and engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Support Platform Engineers with trials, long-term assignments, and ongoing projects.
- Lead plant-wide process improvements, including audits, run-to-target initiatives, and standardizing documentation.
- Review product specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction.
- Help with new material trials on production lines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering degree program.
