About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Lewistown, Pennsylvania for the Summer 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that support our manufacturing reliability goals. The rotation includes opportunities to network through facility tours, social events, and sessions with company leaders. At the end of the program, you will present your accomplishments to our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Assist in increasing our focus on equipment reliability.
- Help develop a predictive maintenance program.
- Write high priority standard operating procedures.
- Manage parts tracking and serialization.
- Perform root cause failure analysis.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 1 to 3 years of academic experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed.
