About the role#
Fidelity Bank & Trust is hiring a Banking Services Intern for the summer of 2027. This temporary, part-time position offers an inside look at community banking operations. You will gain professional experience while working in a collaborative office environment.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside the teller team to assist customers and learn daily banking operations.
- Rotate through various departments including lending, marketing, retail, compliance, operations, credit, finance, technology, and wealth management.
- Meet with organizational leaders to learn about different career paths.
- Complete meaningful projects that impact the bank and its customers.
- Develop core skills in customer service, communication, leadership, and teamwork.
What you'll need#
- You are a college student entering your senior year.
- You have an interest in business, finance, marketing, technology, human resources, or communications.
- You possess a friendly, positive, and curious attitude.
- You are reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions.
- You have experience using computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Dubuque, Iowa.
- The position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This is a paid internship.
- Some travel is required as part of the role.
