About the role#
FFE Inc. is hiring for an Engineering Co-Op position based in Cincinnati. This is a paid, in-person role where you will work alongside our engineering team. You will gain real-world experience by collaborating with staff at all levels and participating in active client projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering designs and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of design documents, presentations, and construction drawings.
- Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and project site visits.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
- Engage in hands-on training to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective listening, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Professionalism in all communication and work habits.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on taking responsibility for your work.
