About the role#
FFE Inc. is hiring Architecture Co-ops to join our team in Cincinnati. This is a paid, in-person position that allows students to apply their formal education through real-world experience. You will work as an integral member of the team, collaborating with staff at all levels on active projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions.
- Prepare design documents, presentations, and construction drawings.
- Join client meetings and design charrettes.
- Visit project sites.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
- Engage in hands-on training to grow your professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Critical attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective listening, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to accept new challenges.
- Professionalism in all communications and work.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take responsibility for your work.
- A proactive approach to learning and developing technical skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.
