About the role#
Feyen Zylstra is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for our Nashville office for the Summer 2027 term. This is a 13-week, full-time, paid internship. You will support our electrical construction department on day-to-day operations and complete an assigned project. This role requires on-site work in Nashville.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Manage project and quality documentation.
- Assist with pricing change orders.
- Shadow Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
- Conduct jobsite visits to observe construction operations.
- Learn project management fundamentals, including contracts, jobsite safety, change orders, and budgets.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Construction Management.
- Preference for incoming Junior or Senior status for the Fall 2027 semester.
- Ability to work on-site 40 hours per week from May through August 2027.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Bluebeam or Accubid is preferred.
- Previous work experience in construction, customer service, or a prior internship is preferred.
