About the role#
As an intern at Festo, you will join our team to build, deploy, and support integrated management applications. You will work within an Agile team, collaborating with colleagues to improve operations across the company. This internship offers experience as a full stack developer, working on projects that span from user interfaces to databases. Because our internal clients work in other departments, you will receive direct feedback on the features you develop.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and develop new features for various applications.
- Join daily stand-up meetings and team retrospectives.
- Debug code to solve practical problems for colleagues.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Help improve development processes and integrate new technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science program (Techniques de l'informatique).
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Angular, HTML, and SQL.
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with JetBrains development tools and Git.
- Understanding of REST architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration using GitLab, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Experience with Agile methods like Scrum or Scrumban.

- Location: Québec, QC, Canada.
- Work Modality: This position is available as remote, on-site, or hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Compensation: Paid internship with a salary between $26.01 and $26.67 per hour.
