About the role#
Prairie Co-operative is hiring a full-time Marketing Summer Student for the 2027 summer term. This role is based at our administration office in Melville, Saskatchewan, and requires on-site work. You will support our marketing efforts by creating content and collaborating with various departments to promote our sales and community initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Marketing Specialist in planning and executing upcoming projects.
- Create print media and social media posts that follow our brand standards.
- Travel to various Prairie Co-op locations to film and photograph content.
- Engage with department managers to gather material for campaigns.
- Communicate directly with the public.
- Handle production tasks such as laminating, cutting, and folding materials.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree or certificate in marketing or a relevant field.
- You hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- You have strong communication skills and are reliable.
- You are comfortable operating various social media platforms.
- You possess a creative and results-oriented mindset.
- You value collaboration and building relationships with others.
- Experience with Canva or video editing software is considered an asset.
