About the role#
The Multimedia Project Management Intern joins the Brand team to support the coordination, planning, and delivery of visual content for internal and external campaigns. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role focuses on maintaining project flow and ensuring creative assets align with brand guidelines and timelines.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and support the creation of digital artwork including infographics, animations, video content, and presentation designs.
- Interpret project briefs and track project details to ensure creative assets meet all specifications and brand guidelines.
- Support project planning by organizing tasks, updating schedules, and preparing status notes.
- Facilitate communication between team members to help manage deadlines.
- Learn current tools, trends, and best practices in multimedia production.
What you'll need#
- A portfolio showcasing digital media and traditional artwork.
- Proficiency in digital art software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with PowerPoint.
- Strong visualization and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and track deadlines.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and illustration.
- Ability to work with various file types, including vector and raster graphics.
- Interest in multimedia production, project coordination, or digital marketing.
