About the role#
We are looking for a Growth and Marketing Intern to join our team in Toronto. You will work with our Growth, Sales, and Product departments to build campaigns and content that help us reach new customers. This role is for someone who wants hands-on experience in a startup and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and events.
- Create and edit marketing assets, including website copy, one-pagers, case studies, social posts, and sales materials.
- Help the Growth and RevOps teams maintain marketing systems, improve lead data quality, and streamline reporting.
- Test and execute growth tactics and turn performance insights into recommendations for next steps.
- Assist with market and competitive research to refine our messaging.
- Track and report on campaign performance.
- Partner with Sales and Product to support demand generation and customer engagement.
- Manage independent projects as you get up to speed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong record of performance in academic or previous work settings.
- Writing skills and an eye for clear, compelling copy.
- Curiosity about growth, B2B marketing, or health tech.
- A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Interest in healthcare, startups, and building from scratch.
