About the role#
As a Product Intern, you will help maintain and grow the user guide and internal documentation for our legal intelligence products. You will work alongside product and engineering teams to keep documentation accurate as our platform evolves. This role involves organizing the engineering backlog and translating product capabilities into customer-facing resources. You will gain hands-on experience in how a startup documents, ships, and supports its software.
What you'll do#
- Own user guide content and ensure it remains accurate as features change.
- Turn complex workflows into accessible guidance using screenshots, visuals, and video walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to validate workflows.
- Translate product capabilities into resources for internal teams.
- Identify information gaps and improve how product knowledge moves through the company.
- Work with engineers and product owners to maintain an organized and actionable engineering backlog.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with product documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of AI and legal tech.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design.
