About the role#
We are looking for a Server to join our team at Avery Point. This is a part-time position designed to work around your school schedule. You will be at the heart of our restaurant, delivering a great dining experience to our residents and guests.
What you'll do#
- Take food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Develop expertise in our menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
- Engage with residents and guests by sharing menu highlights and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Provide a friendly and service-oriented dining experience.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- No prior experience is required, as we provide training.
- Strong communication skills.
- A friendly and energetic attitude.
- Availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Richmond, Virginia.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- Shift start times are 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm, with shifts ending between 8:30pm and 9pm.
- Compensation ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience.
